    • To qualify for free shipping, customers must enter the promo code "FREE" during the checkout process. Please ensure the code is entered correctly, as we cannot apply the promotion retroactively once the order is placed.

    • Orders typically take 1 to 2 business days to process before being shipped from our fulfillment center.
